Changed your mind or received a faulty part? Here's exactly how returns and refunds work.

We want you to order with confidence. This policy sets out your rights when buying from KEPARTSHUB LTD, and is in addition to — not instead of — your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

1. Changed your mind (14-day cancellation)

If you are a consumer, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. To do this, tell us in writing at sales@kepartshub.com within that period (quoting your order number). You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

  • Items must be unused, in resaleable condition and in their original packaging.
  • You pay the return postage for change-of-mind returns.
  • We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or proof they were sent), to your original payment method, including standard outbound delivery you paid.

2. Faulty, damaged or incorrect parts

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If a part is faulty, arrives damaged, or isn't what you ordered:

  • Within 30 days: you can ask for a full refund.
  • Up to 6 months: we'll repair or replace it; if that isn't possible, you're entitled to a refund.
  • We cover return postage on faulty, damaged or incorrectly-supplied items. Send us a photo of the issue and we'll arrange it.

3. How to start a return

Email sales@kepartshub.com with your order number, the part(s) involved, and the reason (with a photo for faulty/damaged items). We'll confirm the return address and next steps. Please don't send anything back before contacting us — it helps us process your refund quickly.

4. Exceptions

These statutory cancellation rights may not apply to:

  • Goods made or sourced to your specific order (special / bespoke items).
  • Items sealed for hygiene or safety reasons once unsealed.
  • Parts that have been fitted, used or modified.
  • Business (trade) purchases, where separate terms apply.

5. Refunds

Refunds are made to your original payment method. Card refunds normally appear within 5–10 working days of us processing them, depending on your bank.
